CloudPlay Console Privacy Policy

CloudPlay Console is operated by CloudHub Group. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when users access CloudPlay services through the CloudPlay Console mobile application.
Information we collect
- Telegram account information used for login and notifications, such as Telegram user ID, username, first name, last name and chat ID.
- Phone number when the user chooses to share it during Telegram login.
- Account profile information required to provide the service.
- Wallet, payment, package and billing information required to manage purchases and usage.
- Gameplay session history, queue status, console reservation information and usage minutes.
- Technical logs, diagnostics, device/app version information and security events needed for service reliability, support and fraud prevention.
How we use information
- To authenticate users and manage CloudPlay accounts.
- To provide PS5 cloud gaming, queue, reservation and session features.
- To manage wallet balances, payments, packages and billing history.
- To send service notifications, including Telegram notifications when a console is ready.
- To provide customer support and troubleshoot technical issues.
- To protect CloudPlay against abuse, fraud and unauthorized access.
- To improve service stability and performance.
Sharing of information
We do not sell personal data. Information may be processed by service providers required to operate CloudPlay, including hosting infrastructure, Telegram for authentication and notifications, payment providers, analytics/diagnostics tools and customer support systems.
Data retention and deletion
We keep information only as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal or accounting requirements, resolve disputes, prevent fraud and maintain security. Users may request deletion of their account and personal data by contacting us at support@cloudplay.uz.
Security
We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect user information. However, no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Children
CloudPlay Console is not intended for children. The service is designed for users who meet the applicable age requirements in their country.
